I am a Virtual Assistant who has worked for a top speaker and image consultant for over two years, and I understand just how much preparation goes in to traveling to events and meeting with clients out of town. I understand that it’s difficult enough to manage the day-to-day details of running a successful consulting business— you just don’t have the time to coordinate your own travel details and client bookings.
This is where I come in. As your virtual concierge, I am able to follow up on your bookings, making sure all of the necessary forms are completed and details are arranged; coordinate payment and deposits with clients so that you get paid; and help you avoid potential problems.
Best of all, I do this for one low monthly fee based on your average bookings per month.

Detailed Travel Itinerary: I arrange all of the travel details for you, according to your travel preferences, and combine the information in one easy to follow format so that you are never left guessing how you’re getting to where you need to be. I also work with your client so that they are informed when you will arrive and leave and any special needs.
Completed Agreements, Contracts, and Questionnaires: I send out and follow up on any of the important documents that are essential to your business and working with your client. This way, you are free to do what you do— grow your business!
Paid Invoices: I send out and follow up on invoices for deposits and final payment— including reimbursement for travel.
The Correct Tools and Supplies: I coordinate with the client ahead of time so that all of the details are ironed out ahead of time. I make arrangements for AV needs, special requests, and any other essentials.
